Genesis
We support technology-based entrepreneurs to find a valid business concept that generates value for the market and that has a vision of impact. We apply our expertise to quickly test the possibilities of a new technology.
Discovery
After market validation and with one or more clients, the discovery of the most effective business model begins. Founders have strategic, operational, administrative, and sales help. CAOS Focado also offers an ecosystem of entrepreneurs and a relationship network.
Validation
It is time to structure the thesis of scaling and traction of the business model, which includes support in training leaders and strategy compatible with maturity. Key business frameworks are tested and, if necessary, refactored for better performance.
Traction
By structuring the product or service for recurrence, we help startups prepare for scale and create an agile culture focused on sustainable gain and rapid growth. We always work in the role of co-founders in the company's operation and in the main strategic decisions.
Scale
Improving leadership, structuring departmental processes, managing customers and many other important processes prepare the company for scale. CAOS Focado supports investment or M&A processes.

JOÃO MACÊDO
Founder E-lastic
Graduated in Electrical Engineering from UnB, specialist in IoT and integrated systems. A technology fanatic since he was 12 years old, he led the electronics sector at Apuama Racing during graduation until the creation of E-lastic, a technology that has already been the subject of dozens of studies in the field of physiotherapy.

Founder Quantis
Biologist from UNESP, Master and PhD in Genetics from USP with three postdocs in the area of Biofabrication and Bioprinting of Tissues. Four years of Control and Automation Engineering. He also created the startup BioEdTech, which operates in training in bioprinting
ARTHUR TASCA
Founder Nano.inn
Mechatronic Engineer and Master in Machine Learning from POLI-USP and UCLouvain (Belgium) working in the aerospace and agriculture.
GUILHERME CASTRO
Founder Cromai
He holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from POLI-USP, a master's degree from Technische Universität Darmstadt, in Germany, and a doctorate from POLI-USP, with part of the research on artificial intelligence carried out at Yokohama National University, Japan
ISABELA MODESTO
Founder Onyma
Mechatronics Engineer from POLI-USP with specialization at École Centrale de Lyon and enthusiast of new technologies, she has worked with game development, bank automation, virtual and augmented reality projects applied to entertainment
LUCAS TORRES
Founder Nave à Vela
Mechatronic Engineer from USP São Carlos and Master in Innovation from Poli/USP. He specialized in Service Innovation by EISE and in the creation of technology businesses. Under his leadership, he led NAV to be recognized as a reference in innovation in Brazilian Education

Cofounder & Business Developer
Mechatronic Engineer by POLI-USP with complement in Innovation by D-Lab | MIT and master's degree from ITA. He has worked as a teacher and researcher. He has extensive experience in innovation and in the creation and operation of technology-based startups.
DIOGO DUTRA
Cofounder & Business Developer
Mechatronic Engineer and Master by POLI-USP with specialization in Innovation by École des Mines in Paris. He has been working for 8 years in the development of technology-based startups and frontier technologies
RODRIGO FRANCO
Head of Product & Technology
Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from FEA-USP, specialist in Strategic Design and Communication from ESPM. Has worked for over a decade with creativity, design, innovation and startups, helping in the early stages of dozens of initiatives. He also worked as head of acceleration for the AWC program and as an entrepreneur, researcher, teacher and mentor.
